Monday 15th

Arrived on board the Ocean Princess today and its really wonderful, everyone is so nice and the waiters and the crew are so helpful, nothing is too much for them.
I do so wish Henry could be with me but our finances simply wouldn’t stretch that far.
I can’t write anymore this evening, so tired due to jet lag. Ho hum, and so to bed.

Tuesday 16th.

What a lovely day. Sun bathing on the promenade deck where my skimpy bikini brought the required admiring glances from the passing males and a few envious ones from the middle aged ladies too.

Went to the evening show in the ballroom, very good. On returning to my cabin I found a note which had been slipped under my door. Well!! I can’t believe it I’m invited for dinner at the captains table and on only my second day too.

Wednesday 17th

Well, what an evening I decided finally to wear my red dress, it’s a little too revealing I suppose but as the man said If you have it show it, they won’t last forever.
We had a really lovely meal and the champagne flowed all night long, my glass never seemed to be empty.
The captain, oh my, so handsome and his eyes never moved far from my cleavage. He invited me later for a few cocktails in his cabin but I think he expected more that a few drinks so I respectfully declined his invitation, after all I promised to stay true to Henry.

Thursday 18th

Oh calamity!!! The captain cornered me alone in the ships library and told me that he had fell hopelessly in love with me and that if I didn’t agree to spend the night with him he would SINK THE SHIP.
