| Oh Minou! Minou! I do love you! Some days you purr I love you up so. Others you attack me I know not why! But you must go!
Vulnerable I am attacked You bite and scratch wicked I have to fight you off Eyes black, ears back You become fearlessly wroth.
Oh Minou! Minou! The tiger roars in your veins. You think you are bigger Than your size. I cannot contemplate Your fury within Only see it in your eyes.
You are like hot water to cold I can love you then not You attack out of nowhere You are so bold You make me you not want.
Then you sense what you have done You twirl around my feet Act so innocent like Saying what is there to eat.
You are lucky I love you so Though you at times are not nice.
Oh Minou! Minou! I do love you so. I decided you can stay Even with the nasty dispostion Come what may. For only a Mommy Could love you this way!

| Yes well cats are special, they have minds of their own and do not do silly tricks like dogs. I had a very special cat called Bengal, a ginger tom, unknown to me my daughters horrible boyfriend (at that time) used to encourage his jack russell to chase Bengal. Eventualy Bengal left home, it broke my heart. You wouldnt think you get so attached to those pesky things. | |

| I've had cats all my life, pretty much, and known them to be so much more independent than dogs on human love. Dog's will try and please you, or at least act ashamed when they get carried away and do something that makes you upset.. a cat only cares about pleasing themselves.. yet when a cat is in the mood for humans, there is nothing that will keep them off your lap.
yes, we do love our pets. I know after a bad day at work all it takes is five minutes with my bird and everything I was worried about doesn't seem so important anymore. Our pets really do become part of our extended family.
Loved this alot, take care.

Had We But Worlds Enough, And Time . . . | November 5th 2013, 11:57 am by Jamie | I never wanted to write this post. Life, however, brings to us changes of necessity, not changes we want.
Unfortunately, and as evidenced by the past few months' activities, I do not have the time to properly govern the use of this site anymore. While there are visitors every day, the posts by members are becoming fewer and farther between, and the staff participation is just as sparse.
