Your Inbox contains messages to you from other members or staff.

Your Outbox contains messages from you to other members or staff that have not yet been read. If you DELETE a message while it is in your Outbox, the recipient WILL NOT RECIEVE IT OR KNOW IT WAS EVER SENT. This is a helpful feature if you ever send to someone by mistake!!

Your Sentbox contains messages from you to others that have already been read.

Your Savebox contains Private Messages you've saved..

Important Note 1: While the PM system will carry the entire conversation back and forth between PM's so you can see what you were talking about, BE CAREFUL when deleting your Outbox/Sentbox messages. Even if someone has already read a message you've sent to them it will disappear from their Inbox once you delete it!!

So, if you are doing a CoWrite, for instance, you may wish to SAVE messages from your Inbox, Outbox, or Sentbox to your SAVEbox.

**NOTE** The "New PM" button in someone's Profile Page-Visitor Messages tab is not a private message but a Public one that remains on their profile until deleted. ALL members can read these messages. I will be making a different button for this so that it is less confusing.
