Theres a little tale
I would like to tell
about the love of my life
my beautiful bella bell.

when she looks at me
with those big brown eyes
she melts my heart
I tell you no lies.

I've never felt devotion
like this in all my life
not even from my kin
or my lovely wife.

She is getting old now
ten years to this very day
bones a bit weary but
she still likes to play.

I will end it here
I will say no more
bella is my faithful
golden labrador.

gosh, what a wonderful tribute to your pet. We love them don't we, because they give us so much love. I enjoyed the read and give Bella Bell a hug on my behalf.

Aaaah Smile I always wanted a dog and if I had one it would be labrador or golden retrever, in any case, a dog not a key chain ornament. Enjoyed this a lot, hearmyverse.

Wonderful, Ive had dogs all my life and they truly are mans best friend. The devotion they have shown me over the years almost brings tears to my eyes, on the farm we had collies of course and apart from rounding up the sheep they would round up chickens, even baby chicks without eating them lol, one particulr dog would carry an egg in her mouth until we got back to the farm house and never crack it!
