| The promised Land.
Dr Fogg Mumbling grumbling Moaning groaning, quite befuddled Stands in the old poet share, but it’s bare Empty threads, it all seems muddled.
He wanders lonely as a cloud In one thread and then another Where have all the bloody poets gone? The cupboards bare he does discover.
Bottom lip now starts to tremble Panic almost setting in I’ve been abandoned, what a bummer Downcast, bereft, he turns to gin.
He sits alone with heavy heart Contemplating suicide But then a metaphorical wonder A hand outstretched through doorway wide.
Come on in, says Jamie’s voice Do you really think that we don’t want you? The new poet share's in here, come on Oh Jamie thanks, (but can I still say “poo”?)
So in I go, to a wondrous place And my friends are here to greet me Decorating all their profiles Chatting, cleaning and writing poetry.
So here I sit in my small room Between humour, nature and despair Yes this is my new home folks Where I can write without a care.
Thank you Jamie for leading your people to a better place. Dr Fogg.

| ooh, Jamie forgot to post the new "poo" rule.. it's a little differant than the old one, you can say "poo" but you must always have exactly two "o"'s behind the "p".. you can not spell it with three or four "o"'s or that will be grounds for our new punishment system we are still working the bugs out (hint: it has too do with old tomotoes)
wonderful, witty and soo YOU. enjoyed much

| Hahahaha, the whole poem is hillarious and this is so childish of me, but "can I still say poo" brought tears in my eyes... Oh, and thank you, for showing me the way. | |

Had We But Worlds Enough, And Time . . . | November 5th 2013, 11:57 am by Jamie | I never wanted to write this post. Life, however, brings to us changes of necessity, not changes we want.
Unfortunately, and as evidenced by the past few months' activities, I do not have the time to properly govern the use of this site anymore. While there are visitors every day, the posts by members are becoming fewer and farther between, and the staff participation is just as sparse.
