| The british public have been fed food found to be horses all very wrongly labelled so awful of course Too many people break the rules and now we have a goverment of fools In other words a heard of stuborn asses Cutting bad changes against the massess Reducing police , armed forcecs and fire services Trimming NHS of staff and nurses Many high street shops got the axe People very disstressed at this bedroom tax So folks do remember at next election Be sure to make the right selection The futures is in the voters hands to make those callous mules also rans.

| Yeah hard times now and jam tomorrow, how many times have we heard that? Whoever replaces this current lot it can’t be worse unless it’s Nigel Farage and his mob. That creep has something of the night about him. | |

| Ah, we have the same problem over here. Well, not the horse meat, but the intractable politicians who run on ideals until the moment they get an office--then it's all about keeping their jobs, not the public good. A good argument for term limits if there ever was one. Good write, much to agree with here. | |

| There's only one problem, governing all this -- politicians. Do away with their huge pensions and expenses and you might find some realistic ones. The people who want to be politicians are usually the very people that should not be selected.
A good punchy style in this poem befitting the subject. | |

Had We But Worlds Enough, And Time . . . | November 5th 2013, 11:57 am by Jamie | I never wanted to write this post. Life, however, brings to us changes of necessity, not changes we want.
Unfortunately, and as evidenced by the past few months' activities, I do not have the time to properly govern the use of this site anymore. While there are visitors every day, the posts by members are becoming fewer and farther between, and the staff participation is just as sparse.
