Q: My Notifications keep building up and up and up, how do I stop this from happening?

A: You have the ability as a member to decide which types of notifications you receive, and how often. You can delete also delete individual notifications as they come in by using the red X's to the right.

You can decide which types of notifications to receive--if any--by either going to Notifications in your profile, or by clicking "Notifications" in the top blue bar, which makes a little black box with "See all the notifications" appear:

Clicking on the "Up Arrow" (circled in green) will hide the Notifications bar completely. Clicking on "See all the notifications," (circled in red) brings you to the same place as clicking Notifications in your profile page:

Here you can check which types of notifications, if any, you wish to receive.

Note that you can also set some notification defaults in your Profile/Preferences screen:

Please reply to 2 poems for each original piece that you post. Taking time to read others' work and leave them comments encourages them to do the same, keeping the forums active & interactive.
